Shipping & Returns

Orders at are usually processed, packed and dispatched on the same day. If the products are not in stock in our warehouse, they will be ordered from our supplier first. If the delivery time is longer than usual, we will contact you. However, the delivery time is only longer for unusual or obsolete products. If the order is delivered and you are not at home, you will receive more information about the whereabouts of your package via e-mail or you will find a reference from the delivery person in your mailbox.

If a product is not in stock, this will be mentioned with the product and the expected delivery time. We try to be as accurate as possible.

Because we offer almost the entire range of Mercury, Mercruiser and Yamaha online, the delivery time of some products may be longer than you would normally expect. It is not possible to link the stock of these brands to our own stock. It is therefore possible that you have to wait longer for your ordered products than we would like. If the delivery time of a product is longer than indicated we will try to contact you within 24 hours to indicate this and discuss the possibilities of alternatives or partial delivery.

For orders below € 150,- the product with the longest delivery time determines when we will ship your order. In the case of an order over € 150, - we will send the product that is not in stock, free of charge. Shipping of outboard motors
As an official dealer of Mercury, we also guarantee the quality of the engines. For this reason, every engine is inspected and tested before delivery. All you have to do is pour in the gasoline and off you go!.

A ready-to-ride outboard motor can obviously not be transported by regular postal services. When you order a motor online, you will be contacted quickly about a possible delivery day. Delivery times vary approximately from 1 day to 1 week depending on what the shipping address is.

Shipping Costs
The shipping costs are free for orders in the Benelux above € 75.00. For all other orders, the shipping costs within the Benelux are € 6.95 per order, regardless of the size of your order, and regardless of the shipping method. Small parts that can be sent by envelope are therefore sent by envelope. The shipping costs can be seen as handling costs in these cases.

Shipments to other countries vary in shipping costs from € 6.95 to € 39.20. When you choose your country in the check-out, the shipping costs will automatically adjust.

In some cases the product is larger or heavier than the permitted standard and the costs deviate from the standard.
Delivery Times
Orders placed before 17:00 on working days will be shipped the same day. (if in stock)

Orders placed on Saturdays before 14:00 will be shipped the same day. (if in stock)

Track & Trace Code and Shipping Confirmation
After your product has been shipped, you will automatically receive a message from to the e-mail address you provided with a shipping confirmation and a track & trace code. With this track & trace code, you can quickly and easily check the status of your order on the parcel deliverer's website.

  • After receiving your order you have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep the ordered parts or items.
  • The returned item must be sent in its original condition, unused and in the original packaging.
  • There is no return right on electronics, margin goods (second-hand) and custom-made items, such as 'per meter' (rope, anchor chain, etc.).
    We do not take back electronics because we cannot assess whether the returned electronics are returned unused. Incorrect use of electronics and / or incorrect connection may cause defects and / or malfunctions that we cannot determine / measure upon return. Electronics are therefore not returnable by nature.
  • The parts specially ordered for you from a particular supplier cannot be returned.
  • Keep the receipt with the 'track and trace code' of your return carefully until we have received your return. If the package is lost, this is your proof!
  • Costs for return shipments are not reimbursed.
  • Business customers / companies cannot rely on the Distance Selling Act. Business customers are therefore not entitled to return.
  • Returned items / orders that do not meet the above conditions cannot be processed. If you still send it, we can return it against payment of shipping costs.

2.    If your return meets the above conditions, you can download the form below and add it to your package.

3.    After adding the return form, you can send your package to the address below. Shipping costs are for your own account.
