Shipping & Returns

Orders at are usually processed and packaged immediately. Then your orders are usually delivered the next day. If we cannot deliver within 2-3 days, we will contact you, but this only occurs with exceptional or obsolete products.

When the order is offered and you are not at home, you will find a referral from the delivery person in your letterbox. Your order will be offered again or the order will be delivered to your neighbours. What is also possible is that the delivery person offers the package at the nearest PostNL depot. You will always receive a referral from the delivery person what will happen with your order.

Shipping costs
For orders over € 75, the shipping costs are free. For all other orders, the shipping costs within the Benelux are € 4.95 per order, regardless of the size of your order, and regardless of the method of shipment. Small parts that can be sent by envelope are therefore sent by envelope. In these cases the shipping costs can be seen as handling costs.

In some cases the product is larger or heavier than the permitted standard. Then the costs deviate from the standard.

Delivery time
Orders placed on working days before 5 p.m. are delivered the next day.
Orders placed on Saturdays before 2 p.m. are delivered on Mondays.

Track & Trace and shipping confirmation
When your product has been sent, you will automatically receive a message from at the e-mail address you specified with a shipping confirmation and a Track & Trace code. With this Track & Trace code you can easily and quickly check the status of your order on the parcel delivery website.

Return shipments uses a trial period of 14 days. After receiving your order you have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep the product. There is no return right on margin goods (2nd hand). Also, customized items, such as items per meter, cannot be returned. You can think of a rope, anchor chain etc.
We do not take electronics back because we cannot judge whether the electronics are being sent back unused. Incorrect use of electronics and / or incorrect connection of these may result in defects and / or malfunctions that we cannot determine / measure on a return. Electronics are, by their nature, not returnable.

Business clients / companies cannot rely on the Distance Selling Regulations.

If you decide to return the product, you must indicate this within a period of 14 days (see steps below). You then have 14 days after registering your return shipment to return the order (see steps below). You will receive the amount you paid back within 30 days after registering your return shipment. Costs for (return) shipments are not reimbursed.

If you want to make use of your right of withdrawal, you have to follow the following steps:
1). Please contact our returns department within 14 days after receiving your order via [email protected] Please state:

  • Address data
  • Invoice number
  • Reason for return (required). This feedback is used to improve product titles, descriptions, images, etc. So that a subsequent potential customer does not order incorrectly for the same reason.

2). After confirming our customer service you send your product back to us within 14 days. You must also send a copy of the invoice clearly stating your bank account number, on which we can refund the purchase amount.

3). As soon as we have received your goods in good order, you will receive a confirmation within 5 working days. We will then refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after receiving the return shipment notification.
