Shipping & Returns


Orders at are processed and packed on the same day if all products from the order are in stock. Your order will then usually be delivered the next day.

If one or more products from the order are not in stock, the expected delivery time is stated with the products. We try to state this as accurately as possible.

Because we offer almost the entire range of both Mercury / MerCruiser and Yamaha online, the delivery time of some products can be longer than you would normally expect. It is not possible to link the stock of these brands to our own stock. It is therefore possible that you have to wait longer for your ordered products than we would like. If the delivery time of a product is longer than indicated, we will try to contact you within 24 hours to indicate this and to discuss the alternative options.

When the order is offered and you are not at home, you will receive more information via email about where your package is or you will find a reference from the delivery person in your mailbox. Your order will be offered again or the order will be delivered to your neighbours. It is also possible that the delivery person offers the package to the nearest PostNL / DHL service point. You will always receive a referral from the delivery person about what will happen with your order.

Shipping of Outboard Motors
As an official dealer of Mercury, we also guarantee the quality of the engines. For this reason, every engine is inspected and tested before delivery. All you have to do is pour in the gasoline and off you go!

A ready-to-ride outboard motor can obviously not be transported by regular postal services. When you order a motor online, you will be contacted quickly about a possible delivery day. Delivery times vary approximately from 1 day to 1 week depending on what the shipping address is.

Shipping / Service Costs
In the Netherlands and Belgium, the shipping/service costs are FREE if you have an order of more than €150. This applies to business customers with an order of more than € 200.

If you are below this amount, the shipping/service costs for addresses within the Netherlands are € 6.95. For all other countries, the shipping costs are displayed during checkout. When you choose your country at checkout, the shipping costs will be adjusted automatically. Shipping outside the EU is only possible on request.

In some cases the product is larger or heavier than the permitted standard, for example with an outboard motor. In this case we will deliver the product ourselves and (extra) shipping costs will be charged. You will see the shipping costs during checkout

Delivery Times
Orders placed on Monday to Friday before 17:00 and for which all products are in stock will be shipped the same day. On Saturdays, this applies to orders placed before 14:00.

If not all products from your order are in stock, we will order the missing products for you immediately. When we have received all products from your order, we can ship your order immediately.

Partial deliveries are unfortunately not possible. The longest delivery time is also the expected delivery time of your order. It is possible to receive the products that are in stock earlier against payment of additional shipping costs.

We use the following two stock statuses:
1. In stock (number of pcs.) - Ordered before 17:00, will be delivered the next day
2. Estimated delivery time: [length of time] - Item is usually delivered within the estimated delivery time

Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that we or our system have made a mistake. If this is the case, our colleagues are often quick to do so and we will inform you about the deviating stock status. Fortunately, we have most of our range in stock and we can ship it the same day. Our team does its utmost every day to provide everyone with the ordered item as quickly as possible.

Track & Trace Code and Shipping Confirmation
When your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a message at the e-mail address you provided, containing a shipping confirmation and a Track & Trace code. This allows you to easily and quickly check the status of your order on the website of the package delivery company.


  • After receiving your order you have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep the ordered parts or items.
  • The returned item must be sent in its original condition, unused and in the original packaging.
  • There is no return right on electronics, margin goods (second-hand) and custom-made items, such as 'per meter' (rope, anchor chain, etc.).
    We do not take back electronics because we cannot assess whether the returned electronics are returned unused. Incorrect use of electronics and / or incorrect connection may cause defects and / or malfunctions that we cannot determine / measure upon return. Electronics are therefore not returnable by nature.
  • The parts specially ordered for you from a particular supplier cannot be returned.
  • Keep the receipt with the 'track and trace code' of your return carefully until we have received your return. If the package is lost, this is your proof!
  • Costs for return shipments are not reimbursed.
  • Business customers / companies cannot rely on the Distance Selling Act. Business customers are therefore not entitled to return.
  • Returned items / orders that do not meet the above conditions cannot be processed. If you still send it, we can return it against payment of shipping costs.
Return procedure

1.    Read the above conditions carefully to check whether you are eligible for a return.
2.    If your return meets the above conditions, you can download the form below and add it to your package.

3.    After adding the return form, you can send your package to the address below. Shipping costs are for your own account.

4.    As soon as we have received your return in good order, you will receive a confirmation as soon as possible. We will check and process your return and inform you of what will happen.
