1 Did you not receive an order confirmation or an answer to your email?
Check your spam box, we have not forgotten you. If you can't find anything, please contact us via one of the options below.
2 When can I expect or pick up my order?

2.1 Have you chosen for 'pickup in our store'?
You will automatically receive a message when your order is ready. Click here to view the pick up location.

2.2 Have you chosen for 'shipping'?
You will receive a message with 'track and trace code' when your order is packed and on its way to the carrier.

2.3 Is your order completely in stock?
All orders that are fully in stock and ordered before 17:00 will be processed immediately and shipped the same day.

2.4 Is your order not completely in stock?
If your order or part of it is unfortunately not in stock, we will immediately order it for you. We do our best to deliver your order to you as soon as possible! We will always notify you in case of an unexpected long delivery time!

2.5 Has your order not been paid yet?
Only paid orders are handled by us. If you have not yet done so, please contact us via one of the options below.

3 I want to return / exchange my order or part of it.
You can read everything about returning or exchanging your order (or part of it) on this page.
